Propak has provided us with a far superior product at a better price. As a result, we have seen a huge reduction in pallet claims from customers and have achieved a major reduction in product damage associated with pallet collapse.
Propak seems uniquely attuned to the service aspect of the business as well. I don’t want a company to tell me “yes” and not live up to it. With Propak that’s never an issue. They work with us as partners to find a solution. I have never had anyone at Propak tell me they wouldn’t or couldn’t take care of an issue for us – and I know we have thrown them a few curves – but they have always come through.
