FAQs
Do you offer after-hour customer assistance?
We do have an option for 24 hour service as required.
Do I have to call each facility to place an order?
No. To simplify the frustrations from calling numerous manufacturers, Propak can handle all of your needs from one location by calling the Corporate office.
Do you provide services (ship) outside the U.S.?
We have the ability to ship overseas utilizing overseas containers, and to Mexico and Canada.
What areas of the country do you service?
We service the entire continental U.S. We also have the ability to provide service to Mexico and Canada.
Could Propak handle my total supply chain management?
Yes. From shipping platforms, total logistics needs and warehousing we have the ability to handle our customers needs with one phone call.
Do you provide drop trailers?
Yes. With the new hours of service rules, utilizing drop trailers is a very good way of keeping a driver moving.
Do you have electronic capabilities such as EDI and online tracking?
We are EDI capable to handle order retrieval, invoicing and delivery information.
Do you have trucks?
No. Propak Logistics is a non-asset brokerage operating from coast to coast. We have relationships with over 300 regional and long haul carriers. Many of those vendors dedicate fleets and drivers to Propak Logistics.
Do you have multiple pallet locations?
Yes. We have facilities located from the Midwest to the East Coast. We also have strong relationships with some of the prominent pallet companies throughout the U.S.
Does Propak provide trend reports?
We have the ability to supply reports on pallets, warehousing, and transportation on a weekly or monthly basis as needed.
What products and services do you offer besides pallet services?
Propak offers New, Recycled, and Plastic pallets for your shipping needs. We also offer Repair Programs and Buy Back Programs. We sell pallet components including deck boards, stringers, nailes, and wood contruction stakes. And we have an in-house Freight Brokerage Division.
What types of transportation services do you offer?
The majority of our freight is moved on 53 foot dry vans but we have the ability to move refer and flatbed loads across the country.
